Everyone scatters around the house to design, fold and decorate their paper airplane for maximum holiday spirit and flight time. After an agreed upon period of "construction time" regather the fleet for the ultimate flight test. Have a large group? Break up into teams being sure to spread the engineering prowess around the teams. Find the longest stretch of straight space in the house, or if the weather is agreeable, outside. Be sure to agree on the measuring methods before hand. Bonus points for avoiding obstacles, acrobatic flight paths, and of course, the longest flight.
